Hello crafty friends.
Today I am here to share with you a card I made using the
poinsettia stamp set from this weeks new release over at
To make this card I started with a base card of 5" by 6½". I glued down the fish tail banners,
added the green red and white card stock, as well as the paper doily and flourish.
Next I stamped and embossed the poinsettia twice on the same red card stock,
then fussy cut the poinsettia out.
I shaped the petals how I wanted them, then added glue and glitter on
top of the white embossed areas. To complete the flower I added a button
to the center. I added a beautiful red trim above the banner
then glued down my flower.
That’s all for me for today. Thank you for stopping by. I hope you all have a beautiful day.

ReplyDeleteI love how your card is such an elegant mix of traditional elements and modern touches. The poinsettia is stunning and I really like how you paired it with the patterned paper banner flags. The lace is such a great textural element and the whole thing shows such talent! It is a wonderful card that I thoroughly enjoyed seeing. Thank you so much for sharing it with us here at the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog!
